We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with a strong focus on creating interactive and insightful dashboards. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, data visualization, and the ability to translate complex datasets into easy-to-understand visual reports that will support business decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant data visualization software.

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and translate those needs into effective dashboard solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

• Present findings and visualizations to stakeholders, explaining complex data in a clear and concise manner.

• Continuously improve dashboard design and functionality to enhance user experience.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and analysis.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on dashboard creation.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience with SQL, Excel, and data manipulation techniques.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.

• Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics.
